Miles Brickhouse Jr., 52, of Allentown, died from sharp force injuries sustained in an apartment in the 1900 block of West Woodlawn Street in South Whitehall Township around 10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.
A resident told police that her son, Gabriel Stettler, 18, became "agitated" and stabbed her boyfriend to death during a fight, WFMZ reports citing police. Stettler was arrested at the scene and arraigned on homicide charges, according to the outlet and court records.
Stettler was sent to Lehigh County Jail with bail denied, according to public court records. His preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 22.
A GoFundMe campaign was launched on Monday, Feb. 14 to assist Brickhouse's loved ones with funeral expenses.
"He was the type of man that made everyone in a room laugh, have a good time, and always putting other first before himself," his daughter wrote on the fundraiser.
